1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers can cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details. Once confirmed, the cancellation will be processed and you will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted. However, you may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance after delivery.

3. Refund Process

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment provider.

4. Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
